Good questions. However, I view starting this new group to be more about acceptance of reality than betrayal. Safe Harbor has shown his true colors and I am still with him. Likely, this site will become the place to exchange information about opportunities to make money with FDN, regardless of who is jockeying to control it.

Incidentally, I have not tendered my shares and I don't think that getting information here is any sign that someone has sold out.
