I have not tendered my ARU shares and will hold them until they are forced from my bleeding hands. Nevertheless, I am a realist and believe that eventually most of us will end up owning K shares.

Therefore, let's continue to use the ARU board to vent on the whole deal, bash the ARU BOD, curse the K BOD, etc etc. But let's not repeat those same rants on this new K board. Instead, let's use this hub to discuss K in a rational, profitable way. We have a knowledgable bunch here that should be able to provide profitable insights into K's assets, financial condition, rates of return and profitability, the prospects of spinning off the Russian and other unprofitable holdings, the proportion of K now represented by FDN-plus, the likelihood of near-medium term buyout of K by another suitor, etc etc.

As for Armani, I put him on ignore over at the ARU board and that applies to this board as well. I suggest you all do the same and he will go away shortly.
