the news is excellent, there is no question about that. they can start drilling as of yesterday. as far as royalties and taxes are concerned, each mining company will negotiate a stability agreement with the government, but there is plenty of time for that since it will take years to put fruta del norte into production. in the meanwhile they can do the engineering and metallurgy at the same time as the drilling, so they can move to pre-feas by early next year.
