My best guess is that it came in the original spin-out from KG. Because of the way Mr. Hughes examines his properties, rotating teams and drills during various stages (depending on weather/funding/results) you may not hear about a property for a long time and then it will suddenly become an area of focus. I believe the new emphasis on communicating with shareholders will begin to put some of that mystery to bed.
