NEWS - Concentrate Shipments Begin

Klondike Silver Corp. (TSXV: KS) is very pleased to report that approval has been received from a smelter to begin shipment of the concentrate held in inventory at the Sandon Mill near New Denver, BC. Trucking of the concentrate has been arranged to begin this week and will continue until the entire inventory has been cleared.

The Company further reports that delivery of the 3000 ton bulk sample to Sandon from the Stump property in the Yukon continues on schedule and is expected to conclude by October of this year. The mineralization of the 80 ton bulk sample delivered from the same property in 2007 assayed 40% lead and 40 oz silver per ton.

Management is encouraged with the process being made in arranging for the sale and delivery of the concentrate and looks forward to the positive cash flow it will create.
