Another reason Hughes loves KS

He got KS into production, in less than 3 years, without a 43-101 ( or its costs) and although backwards compared to the norm maybe he has done it the smart way!

and this from Mc,Master's online trading today,

More silver has been consumed than is produced globally for 18 years. Global inventories dropped from 2.1 billion ounces in 1990 to 400 million ounces in 2007. The world has only 22 pure silver mines. It can take 8-10 years to bring a new silver mine into production. Silver mine production is expected to increase only 3% annually (20 million ounces). About 547 million ounces of silver are produced annually. Governments hold 87 million ounces of silver. Comex silver warehouse stocks – 138,582,176 oz. ounces.
