The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a property option agreement between Klondike Silver Corp. and Locke Goldsmith, whereby the company has the option to earn up to a 100-per-cent interest in 36 claims, located in the Slocan mining division, approximately 20 kilometres south of New Denver, B.C. In consideration, the company will pay a total of $200,000 over an 11-year period ($5,000 in the first year) and issue 200,000 shares over a four-year period (50,000 in the first year) to the vendor.
