La Mancha Appoints New Board Member

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Sept. 22, 2009) - La Mancha Resources Inc. (TSX:LMA) (hereinafter "La Mancha") today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Yann Guilbaud as a director of La Mancha to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors. Mr. Guilbaud is the Vice President, Legal of the Mining Business Group of AREVA NC since June 2009. He previously held the position of General Counsel of Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies.
