Did a quick read of their latest financial update, and was impressed with the frugal amounts allotted to travel etc. Seems like the management team is in it for the long term, and believes in the company. Add to this the insanely low number of shares available and the cost sharing approach to exploration/exploitation and I believe Lara's on the way up. The only reservations I have are stock manipulation (only 18 m shares), and lack of volume for quick disposal. This is the central stock in my growth (penny stock) category. Of note, I read in the Globe and Mail that if you took the 10 top rated stocks last year and the 10 bottom rated stocks, the bottom end would have given you better returns...something to think about.
