Kudlow, ref your waiting to invest, if anything would have sent LRA significantly lower it would have been this corporate update. The two greatest strengths of LRA are it's ability to partner with larger players who end up paying the lion's share of the initial outlay; and the strength of their board. Essentially they hire themselves out as a subject matter expert consultant firm. The added bonus is that if they make a big find, they get a big boost. For this reason, significant changes in the board cause me a great deal of concern, and I would assume this is true of other investors as well. LRA only took a little dive on the news, so I don't expect a better valuation to come along soon. That being said, it's a small cap, and at the mercy and whims of big players so no solid prediction can be made.
