I'm not disagreeing with the suggestion that the payment will be done on/by Nov.1. As a large shareholder, I"m pretty much counting on it.

What I take issue with is your claim that the cash was raised sometime in the past and is sitting there waiting to be sent out.

If I wasnt in contact with them already, I wouldnt know that your claim is incorrect and therefore nobody at the company would have said it to you.
