ISM's lack of a NI 43-101 is always a current topic and it always will be a current topic because some investors of ISM who are perhaps LBE investors as well, evidently have been misled into believing that ISM has hundreds of millions of tonnes of economically recoverable ore. Your continued presence on the LBE board underscores the fact that the topic is current and at the forefront of the concerns of Shaw Dome Investors. This is not off topic simply because Whaler can not come up with a valid explanation.
