Hey Whaler,

The financing will be closed when the lawyers finish crossing the T's and dotting the I's. Maybe Ma and Pa are considering buying ISM as well since the word on the street is that ISM has Hundreds of Millions of Tonnes of supposedly economically recoverable ore. (AKA-ROCK) by those that know better. Ma and Pa are just waiting for ISM's NI 43-101.

When will that be Whaler?
