I really had a hard time thinking of an answer to your question. We don't want to sell the claims on lease #108068 but we would consider selling our claims 1224498 and 1224497. I think Nickel did some very good research on the SH ISM site and IAW good business practices we return your offer with 2 claims we think would better benefit your business plan.

Mining claim disposition..question

Afterall the running around for claims and drilling and what not over at the ISM site, we came across the Ontario Ministry of Northern Developement and Mines for the claim info. I kept wondering about the page that had dispositions. I see there are 4 for Langmuir township

Three of which are in lease #108068 the claims are P1166909, P1243153 and P1248462

Says the owner is Liberty Mines Inc.

The lease starts Sept 01/07 and expires 21 yrs later Aug 31/08

So is this a sale?

I don't know the jargon like some of you might, but what are dispositions as opposed to pending dispositions? I ask that becuase that's what you will see when you eventually get to the map at CLAIMap in the legend. They show those claims in differing colors
