Morning everyone,

This will be quick (before work)... and with the huge list of questions I had for managment they advised they would answer and pass them on once they are finished at PDAC. The most important issue at this moment is the financing.

The rest we already know.

They are optomistic about the deal closing before the deadline.

They too are huge shareholders and want to see the best for LBE.

I must admit they are rather confident for a company in a financial bind. It was worth the trip as I feel fairly safe with this investment. Which is kind of funny.. as some of the other comanies I invest and keep an eye on which have money in the bank... did not give off a good vibe.

I'll post the answers to all the question as soon as I receive them.
