Especially since the initiation of the reform and opening-up policies, HOROC has seen very fast and healthy development and won the honor of "Pearl of the Nonferrous Metals Industry in North China" by adhering to scientific concept of development and by trying to improve management level and sharpen core competitiveness based on legal operation, normalized management and stable development.

In a word, we are very confident to see bright future of HOROC based on the development of yesterday and today.

Our goal is to build one HOROC and reconstruct one HOROC by the end of the 11th Five-year Plan Period, and meanwhile achieve sales income of RMB5 billion yuan and profits and tax of RMB one billion yuan and thus make greater contribution to a well-off society and a socialist harmonious society in China.
