Formula for Valuing Concentrate (SIMBO)

Recovery 87% or higher

Concentrate probably running about 20%

(80 tonnes)(20% concentrate)(2205 metric tonnes)(80% payable)($7.75 lb (Ni LME))= $218,736.

Of course any of these numbers or all could be out. Formula using numbers from boards. By products are nut accounted for and the concentrate grade is truly unknown. Amount of concentrate shipped to Xstrata is unknown.

Formula came from SIMBO on the SH boards.
