Just an opinion, but with all the debt and preferred shares that are convertible into common shares at 11 cents, this stock probably won't move until the financials can show those are being paid off asap.

Financials should be released in mid-November which should give the first hint at how the money is being utilized. And that is probably still too soon to put a dent into those obligations.

With start up expenses and capital obligations the year end financials in the new year would be a better indication of just how strong cash flow may be.
