LBE's prospects

Following the announcement that LBE had hired a new VP, Exploration, I began thinking about the implications. I would like to share my thoughts with all of you. Please feel free to tell me if you believe my reasoning is "out to lunch".

Unless the gentleman that they hired was desperate to get a job, it is my belief that an individual with such an impressive employment background would have taken the time to thoroughly investigate LBE's short and long-term prospects. I think that it bodes well for LBE's futiure that he accepted the position.
