Dr Li BE Mine Eng PhD specialises in geotechnical engineering and is the director and principal of an independent consulting company. He previously worked over 7 years in the Chinese mining industry and over 23 years in the Australian mining industry. He worked in Australia as an engineer (at project, senior and principal levels), manager, and group manager at Mount Isa Mines, WMC Resources, Gold Fields and Newcrest Mining. In recent years, he diversified into resource project evaluations and implementations, mergers and acquisitions, including China business development with focus on equity raising, EPCM and supply solutions. His project and operational skills range from design, evaluation, risk assessment and management, due diligence, review and audit, as well as project and human resource management. He has initiated, developed and implemented a number of innovative solutions and improvements to a number of mines and projects.
He is an alternate director of Metallica Minerals listed on the ASX in Australia.

Dr. Ulrich Kretschmar

Dr. Ulrich Kretschmar BSc MSc PhD(Geology) PGeo, has been a mineral exploration geologist for Cominco Ltd., Texas Gulf Sulphur Ltd. and Falconbridge Nickel Ltd. and has had a geological consulting practice since 1978. He was involved in Cominco Ltd.'s regional nickel exploration programs in the Abitibi belt in Ontario & Quebec and developed exploration techniques utilizing detailed descriptions and sulfur geochemistry of komatiites. His exploration experience and insight into the formation of nickel deposits will be invaluable to the successful development of Liberty's resources

Bill Woods

Bill Woods CMA, has over twenty five years of experience in corporate finance and accounting in the mining and transportation industries. After performing various accounting duties for INCO Limited, Sherritt International, Black Hawk Mining and other mining companies, he was controller for Fairbanks Gold Mining Inc. and Homestake Mining. He was recently Chief Financial Officer for Valens Pharma Ltd. after acting as interim Vice-President Finance for Northern Transportation Company Limited.
