Louvem owns 8 properties as per the 1996 annual report.

There is Courvan, 24km NE of Val d'Or, which is 55% owned by LOV, and has 476,250 tons at .172 ounce of gold per ton.

There is Monique, 25 km east of Val d'Or, which is 81% owned by LOV, and has 1,200,000 tons at .168 of gold per ton.

There is Simon Ouest, 100% owned, 50 km east of Val d'Or.

There is Simon Est, 100 % owned, 55 km east.

There is Manitou-Louvem, 100% owned, 15 km east.

There is Petit Chimo, 100% owned, 55 km east of Val d'Or.

There is Chimo Centre, 100% owned, 60 km east of Val d'Or,

and of course there is Beaufor.
