William Lamb

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Lamb has over 23 year in mining and operations in Canada and several Southern African countries. His background includes operational and project management in the precious metals, coal, chrome and diamond sectors. Mr. Lamb spent 13 years with De Beers working across their operations in Southern Africa and Canada focusing on heavy mineral concentration, project development and operational readiness. He joined Lucara Diamond Corp. in 2008 and was instrumental in the acquisition of the AK6 asset, now the Karowe Mine, which has been brought into production as one of the worlds most significant producers of large, high quality diamonds.

Paul Day

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Day is a mining engineer with over 22 years of operational experience in the sub-Saharan African mining industry. Mr. Day holds a B.Eng (Hons) from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. He has held increasingly senior production and operational management positions within JCI, AnglogoldAshanti and Areva BG Mines. During this time he has gained diverse experience in both underground and open pit mining and has operated in South Africa, Ghana, Mali and Namibia. Latterly Mr. Day has been responsible for several large scale open pit operations, including eight years with AnglogoldAshanti's highly successful Morila, Sadiola, and Yatela Mines. Over the course of his many years in the industry, Mr. Day has built an impressive track record for himself, achieving production targets and improved mining and cost efficiencies at each operation. As well as the successful running of steady state mines Mr. Day has also been involved in major greenfield mine start ups, where he has been responsible for establishing the framework to which the mines will operate; workforce recruitment and development; project design, commissioning and ramp up; and all mining safety and production deliverables, cost drivers and systems control. From his diverse operational background Mr. Day has gained a deep understanding of the sensitivities regarding the construction and operation of mines in a developing country type environment. Immediately prior to joining Lucara Mr. Day held the position of Operations Director for Areva Resources Namibia.

Glenn Kondo

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kondo is a highly qualified finance professional with extensive senior executive and corporate board experience in the mining industry, including many years with Anglo American. He has been directly responsible for delivering significant commercial growth internationally by leading mergers and acquisitions, raising capital finance and achieving business transformation through operational performance and project management. Mr. Kondo is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Lukas H. Lundin

Chairman, & Director

Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and most recently the $9.2 billion sale of Red Back Mining Inc. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies

Dr. John Armstrong

Vice President, Mineral Resources

Dr. Armstrong has over 25 years of combined experience in mineral exploration, mining and government. Dr. Armstrong has been involved in the planning and execution of successful diamond exploration and sampling programs ranging from generative to delineation and valuation. Dr. Armstrong has strong capabilities in the assessment and analysis of diamond size distributions, content modeling, and value distributions.

Jennifer Lecour

Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Lecour joined Lucara in 2011. She is a lawyer and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Before joining Lucara she held the position of Vice-President, Law for 15 years with Telesat Canada. She has been a member of The Ottawa Hospital and The Ontario Hospital Association boards and was actively involved in corporate governance activities in both organizations. Ms. Lecour holds a law degree and degree in psychology from Queen's University. Ms. Lecour is also a graduate of the Queen's Executive Leadership Program and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Paul K. Conibear

Director

Mr. Conibear has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. His background includes 18 years of project and construction management across a diverse range of minerals projects encompassing base and precious metal, coal, uranium and potash investments. For the last 12 years he has held public company executive management and director's positions with the Lundin group of companies. As Chief Operating Officer then President/CEO and a Director of Tenke Mining Corp for many years until its merger with Lundin Mining, Mr. Conibear was instrumental in progressing the world class Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt project towards development. In this capacity he has also been active in advancing the group's corporate social responsibility initiatives and is one of founding directors of the Lundin for Africa Foundation, a charitable entity established to support sustainable development across Africa. Mr Conibear also serves as President, CEO & Director of Lundin Mining.

Richard P. Clark

Director

Mr. Clark is a lawyer who practiced mining and securities law in British Columbia from 1987 to 1993.For the past ten years Mr. Clark has been a senior executive with the Lundin Group of Companies. In 2004 he became president and CEO of Red Back and under his leadership Red Back grew into one of the top performing gold companies which ultimately resulted in an $9.2 billion takeover by Kinross Gold in 2010.

Brian Edgar

Director

Mr. Brian D. Edgar has been active in public markets for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of British Columbia law school, Mr. Edgar practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver for 16 years before retiring in October 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Investment Corp., an investment/banking, venture capital company in the business of providing early stage venture capital to high growth companies and in providing advisory services concerning corporate structuring, finance, business strategies, private and public securities offerings and relations with regulatory authorities, lawyers, accountants and technical consultants. Mr. Edgar serves on the Board of a number of public companies.

Eira Thomas

Director

Eira Thomas is a respected Canadian geologist with a highly successful career in the mining industry. She served as a geologist with Aber Resources Ltd. (now Harry Winston Diamond Corporation) from 1992 to 1997, leading the field exploration team

Marie Inkster

Director

Mrs. Inkster is an experienced mining executive. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Lundin Mining Corporation and has held positions of increasing responsibility in a number of publicly traded companies including LionOre Mining International Ltd, where she served as Vice President and Controller. Mrs. Inkster is a CPA, CA and spent 5 years in public accounting with Deloitte Canada.
