I explained it on the NOT forum and got a couple single stars back for this. :)

The only value of NOT is thier money in the bank burning every month.

The global financials need to go through new B-W agreement first, USA will default and only after this things people will start LONGs.

Until that very few people interested in undeveloped areas with huge additional financing requirements...
