Hey Michael
Good for you!!! I for one, applaud any post that is well researched and informative. You will never have me mark your post for stating well researched information negative or positive. Negative info if and when it exists does NOT have to be construed as bashing the company, it also does not have to be presented in that manner. If the indicators show a down trend for what ever reason, that is reality folks!!! That is what they show. You can do your own due diligence and if you do not agree then state your case based on your interpretation of the charts and available information at your disposal. (references are a must). A well balanced discussion would help everyone here and we should all encourage it here.
Please always keep this in mind " In the market, for a transaction to take place, there has always got to be a Seller and a Buyer! The buyer thinks that the stock is worth more and the seller thinks that it has peaked or it is not worth more. ONE OF THEM IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE WRONG!!!" What this means is that for the market to work, fundamentally there has to be disagreement between Seller and Buyer. For that very reason we will have to expect disagreements here. If we can all grasp this fundamental principal and embrace it as fact of market life and keep pride and emotion out of it. Then we can freely advise each other and not feel threatened by some one posting a negative report or a negative trend from their diligent DD and TA work.
Rebuttals can and should be posted if someone has strong evidence to disagree with the previous post.
This can all be done in a civilized manner, within the guide lines of the AG rules of conduct.
So Michael, I encourage you to keep posting your TA and news related information. I always look forward to reading them and keeping your assessment of the charts under advisement. You get 5 stars from me! The only caution I would have is to be sure that you do not give buy or Sell advice, and for all readers to be sure that you know that you are responsible to do your own DD and your decisions to buy or sell are solely yours alone!!!
For those of us that held positions in BMK, this SP situation is a tough pill to swallow. There are however extenuating circumstances surrounding it. As we should all have come to realize by now, the market melt down is literally Global. The fact that BMK management are very tight lipped, is difficult to bare, but it is known fact that this is the way they have operated, at least for the past year that I have followed this stock, and has little if anything to do with the present SP.
For the time being I have no real reason and have no information that would make me want to sell at this time. In fact many of us would loose a great deal by selling at this price. Unfortunately it is dead money, and again, a bitter pill to swallow. The company, however, still has money to keep on drilling for the next year or two, which is a good thing. They are buying more land, that is a good indicator. IMO
So Michael, keep posting your TA results and please post the indicators you are looking at for reference. Information is power, the wise will use it to dig their way out of this mess!!!
All the best...Geo
