Quentin Yarie, P.Geo.

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yarie is an experienced geophysicist and a successful entrepreneur with extensive project management and business development experience. He was previously the Business Development Officer at Geotech Ltd, a geo-physical airborne survey company, and a Senior Representative of Sales and Business Development for Aeroquest Limited. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Yarie was a partner of a specialized environmental and engineering consulting group where he managed a number of large projects including the ESA of the Sydney Tar Ponds, the closure of the Canadian Forces Bases in Germany and the Maritime and Northeast Pipeline Project. Mr. Yarie currently serves as President and CEO for Red Pine Exploration Inc. and President and CEO for MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., both resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Tara Gilfillan, CPA, CA

Director

Ms. Gilfillan is a financial executive, entrepreneur and independent board member with over 20 years of experience, outside and within the mining industry. She holds a business degree from Queens University and a Chartered Accountant designation. Tara has a strong financial and operational background. She has held the roles of Controller and CFO of mining companies, CFO, interim CEO of a global engineering consulting company as well as co-founding a successful start-up engineering company.

Gordon McKinnon

Director

r. McKinnon is currently serving as President, CEO and a Director of Canadian Orebodies Inc. He is a principal of McKinnon Prospecting Ltd., a private exploration company, and a Director of Capha Pharmaceuticals Incorporated, Fox River Resources Corporation, and Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. Gordon was a co-founder of Mineral Streams Inc., a private mineral royalty company that was recently sold to AuRico Metals Inc. Prior to joining Canadian Orebodies, he served as Manager of Corporate Development with Baltic Resources Inc., a company which was acquired for over $70M. Gordon graduated with an Honours Bachelor degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario in 2006.

Kevin Tanas, P.Eng

Kevin is currently Principal, Metals and Mining Consulting with Wood Mackenzie, a research and consultancy business, and is focused in global mineral trade and price dynamics, fiscal strategy, and due diligence review. Previously, Kevin worked for RPMGlobal where he spent over 6 years as Principal with primary focus in technical advisory consulting for project feasibility, funding, development and operation. He also served as Vice President of Business Development, North America. Kevin has 20 years experience in mine technical study and review, financial modelling, and technology planning. Kevin’s experience encompasses all stages of the mine’s lifecycle of open pit and underground deposits. He has a strong understanding of the mining business model, operating philosophies and data management requirements for successful asset management. His operational and consulting experience spans the Americas, Africa and Australia. Kevin holds a B.Sc. in Mine Engineering from Queen’s University and is a registered Professional Engineer. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MacDonald Mines Exploration Inc. and Honey Badger Exploration Inc.

Mr. Yarie has been a director of Red Pine since 2011 and also serves as Director of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., Honey Badger Exploration Inc., and NextSource Materials Inc. Mr. Yarie studied Business Administration at SIAST, Saskatchewan and has over 20 years of project management and business development experience in the mining and environmental/engineering sector.

Petra Decher, CPA CA

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Decher is a finance executive with over 15 years experience in the mining industry. She has a deep understanding of public reporting, corporate governance, and investor relations. Ms. Decher was the the Vice President, Finance and Assistant Secretary for Franco-Nevada Corporation from 2009 to 2016 and served as Director at Integra Gold. Petra is a Chartered Accountant. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Concordia University, her Diploma in Accounting at McGill University and articled at Richter Usher Vineberg (now Richter).

Craig Scherba, P.Geo

Vice President Exploration

Mr. Scherba is a professional geologist (P.Geo.) with over 20 years of mineral exploration experience both in Canada and abroad. Mr. Scherba was an integral member of the exploration team that developed Nevsun Resources’ high grade gold, copper and zinc Bisha Project in Eritrea and lead the exploration team that discovered NextSource Materials’ Molo Graphite Project in Madagascar. Mr. Scherba serves as President and CEO of NextSource Materials Inc. and is the Vice-President Exploration of Red Pine Exploration Inc.

Jean-Philippe Desrochers, Ph.D., P.Geo.

Technical Advisor

Mr. Jean-Philippe Desrochers, has over twenty years of experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, Central and South America. Dr. Desrochers has been involved with intermediate and junior mining companies with exploration projects ranging from grass-roots to mine-scale. He was Vice-President of Exploration at the Windfall Lake Gold Project for Murgor Resources Inc. from 2005 to 2010, and joined Eagle Hill as Chief Geologist in 2010 before becoming Vice-President Exploration for Eagle Hill in 2013. Past experience also includes senior positions with Aur Resources and SRK Consulting. Dr. Desrochers specializes in the field of structural geology applied to ore deposits in the search for Archean lode gold, volcanogenic massive sulphides, porphyry copper, skarn, and epithermal gold deposits.

James Franklin, Ph.D., FRSC, P.Geo.

Technical Advisor

Dr. James (Jim) Franklin, is a renowned and award winning exploration geologist with over 40 years of extensive geological knowledge and expertise focusing on discovering base metal, uranium, and gold-bearing ore deposits. His career in the mineral industry has involved teaching at the university level, and directing research programs for the Geological Survey of Canada as Director of the Survey and as its Chief Geoscientist from 1993 to 1998. Dr. Franklin was past President of both the Geological Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists. He was a Co-editor of Exploration and Mining Geology for CIM and was also Associate Editor of Economic Geology (trade journal) for seven years. He serves as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and is an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s, Laurentian and Ottawa university. Dr. Franklin is an expert on gold and VMS deposits in the Churchill and Superior Provinces of the Canadian Shield.

Hadyn Butler, B.Sc., P.Geo

Technical Advisor

Mr. Butler is a Professional Geoscientist and a practicing member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Mr. Butler had 30 years consulting experience with INCO and has enjoyed substantial success in mineral exploration. He has over 40 years of geological experience. He has been a Director of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., since August 14, 2003 and a member of its Technical Advisory Committee since February 2011. He served as Director of Uranium Star Corp. (Formerly Yukon Resources Corp.) from December 22, 2006 to January 2, 2009. He graduated with a degree in geology in 1974 (Bachelor of Science, with First Class Honors and University Medal) at the University of New England, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.

Mr. Mackenzie Watson, B.Sc., P.Geo., P.Eng

Technical Advisor

Mr. Mackenzie (Mac) Watson, has over 50 years experience in the exploration, development, and mining industry, and has been involved in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits in Canada. He is currently Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quest Rare Minerals. Mr. Watson spent his career in the junior mining sector, as CEO of Lynx Canada Exploration from l969 to 1985, and CEO of Freewest Resources from 1985 until 20l0 when it was taken over by Cliffs Natural Resources. Mr. Watson was awarded Canada’s Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 for his contribution to the discovery of the Harker Holloway gold mine (Ontario), the Icon-Sullivan copper mine (Quebec), the Long Lake zinc mine (Ontario), the Ellison gold deposit (Quebec) and the Hebecourt copper deposit (Quebec); and again in 2010 for his contributions to the mineral discoveries in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario. He was also awarded the Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Quebec. In January 2015, Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.
