I hope the economic temperament during the coming weeks doesn't weaken the prospect of an agreement. I also hope the IMF doesn't interfere. Looking at all the development surrounding oil (discoveries in Uganda (Tullow), Angola) you've gotta say, corp.s wouldn't move in unless some form of stability garanteed. So, I think in that sense, its a good sign.

Hmmz i need to read more.
