True. It is tightening up and most of the larger orders are within the same houses or crosses back and forth.

It does tick me off that the market has did well today and MAA is flat. I know it will not move significantly without a deal signed, but it is frusterating none the less.

If there is another extension, I hope there is no exclusivity involved and that allows MAA to talk with other interested parties.
