Good on ya Sir Bravekind

It is great that we can get questions answered so quickly, as part of our DD on Companies. So the fact is only NOT, and UC/SPQ/KWG have hit so far, and all the rest will are or will be drilling in 2008. This play could turn out very well. Who ever you placed your bets on, as long as they are drilling they have a chance good luck all.

drill it and they will come

Question: Contention that KWG is not bound by agreement.

Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by UC Resources:

We are covered in our option agreement, we can spend our required amount at any time to earn that 55%....if anyone is interested in that land package they would have to come to us as we would have 55%, our option agreement can't be violated, and covers such provisions. If we start to hit something interesting and decide to excellerate our agreement we have that option available as well.

Please see press release dated March 7, 2007

Regards,
