AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

To say the North American equity markets had a big day yesterday, is an understatement. Its amazing what a few hundred billion cash infusion does to the markets. This huge cash inflate by the US Fed should bode well to commodity prices, as its hard to imagine how this won't bring about inflation down the road. Today on the economic calendar we have some very important numbers coming out at 8:30 am. Intial job claims and retail sales will be market movers. I imagine they aren't good, most likely the reason in yesterdays Fed move. At 10:30 we get a glimpse at Business inventories another tell tale on the state of the US economy.

The TSX-v stocks unfortunately didn't participate in yesterdays euphoric markets. In fact the various McFaulds Lake stocks had a low volume blah day. This should change today as commodities are doing well in the overseas markets. Our McFaulds stocks need some news to get investors scrambling back in. Perhaps NOT will lead us out of the douldrums today. The rumour mill is certainly back in overtime. NOT's share price has held up too well for something not be on the agenda. I won't comment on the rumours, but if true, I expect a huge bounce in NOT's share price.

Hopefully we also get some news shortly/today from visuals on DE3. This is a huge event for all McFaulds Lake stocks, another hit and the share prices of the entire basket of McFaulds stocks will go ballistic again.

Anyone notice how BMK's share price has just gone dormant? This is what is in store for all McFualds stocks once they drill on their various anomolies and they don't hit.. BMK should be a poster boy for investors to show them what to expect on some of these plays. I will warn investors once again be careful on these area plays. There is a couple of ways to play these stocks. Perhaps its time to go back over the sceanarios, so investors don't get caught up in the euphoria and end up being bagholders.

One scenario is to take a position in your favourite stock. Normally a stock that is drilling will see its share price spike on speculation. Take this time to sell half of your position, this will bring down your cost per share, just in case something goes wrong and your stock doesn't hit the motherlode. This affords you the opportunity to get out without taking too big of a hit on your pocketbook. If the stock does well with the drill bit, you can always buy back the half you sold and your share price average is fairly low because of the low cost of the half you were holding prior to the assay results. You may not make as much using this strategy but you lower your risk.

The other strategy is to buy a 1/3 position in your favourite stock. Once the stock drills and reports you make your decision. Sell your 1/3 if the assay results disappoint. If you like the assay results, buy another 1/3 as soon as the stock trades after the news. On the first pullback from the intial share price spike from the good news, buy your last 1/3 of the stock. Using this scenario you get a proper average of cost per share. It avoids you buying the tops in these stocks and lessens your risk if the stock misses with the drill bit. Using this scenario don't be afraid to sell half of your position on one of the share price spikes, usually on the 2nd day after the good news. This allows you to take some money off the table yet still be in, with a hopeful low cost per share.

Remember, proper money management will keep you in the game. Hitting home runs is nice but hitting a few singles will do the same thing and you will achieve it with far less risk. JMHO

Good luck to all McFaulds Lake investors.

Al
