To MMN: how do we go from a non-brokered pp at .20 to all of a sudden needing 16 millon dollars, within 3 weeks. what is andy s. thinking. obviously he isn't because as far as i'm concered and i'm very concered because he sold all of us shareholders out. to me from this deal andy is saying indirectly his, mine and your shares are only worth .35. how do we get sold out like this ? plus they now own 49 % and are probably buying on the open market so who knows what % they really do own. talk about a indirect hostile takeover by PMI. So really what is in it for Andy : a backdoor 2-3 millon. do you think our buyout price will be anything more than say .35-.40. PMI are very well funded and i think we all just got _ _ _ _ _ _ !!!
