Shareprice stuck at $1.80

Okay ...so with this ENR news and a 10 for 1 stock offer.....does this have anything to do with the MGA shareprice being stuck in the $1.80 range while the ENR s.p. just happens to be trading at .18 ?

I'm not that technically inclined...does this takeover have enough impact in it to have this kind of effect on the s.p. ...or is it just market conditions...like all the other Smallcap juniors?
