MetalCORP Limited Undergoes Change in Management

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 31, 2009) - MetalCORP Limited (TSX VENTURE:MTC) announced today that its Board of Directors has decided not to renew its contracts with Eveleigh Geological Services Inc. The previous service contacts had expired December 31, 2008. Mr. Aubrey Eveleigh's appointment as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Exploration of the company was terminated by the Board of Directors effective March 31, 2009. Mr. Eveleigh and his company have agreed to provide their support during the transition process. Mr. Eveleigh will remain a director of the Company.

In addition, the Board of Directors has appointed Donald Alexander Sheldon as acting Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis to replace Tom Mustapic. Mr. Mustapic has agreed to provide his support on an as-required basis until the completion of the Company's year-end financial statements and related matters.
