Looks like Chuck has shown his true colours... The reverse split now histoy, the lack of support from Chuck very clear..... Sold out the balance of my position and have added Chuck to the black list of managment to avoid.

Too bad as MTX had so much potential as a play.... but this was completly mitigated by managment.

With all the cash that Chuck has I expect him to come to the aid of his private little hobbie stock and throw some cash in as jim Sinclare has been over the past 5 years... It is absolutly deplorable that a guy that has benifited so much from the market and his findings should become the parisit he has by not supporting his own hoobie farm.. I wont vote for any roll back... it is the kiss of death and most roll backs simply lead to a return to the old lows and thus less market cap.
Case in point is LRG MGR and XCT to mention just a few.
I say it is a reflection of the lack of support of managment that has resulted in the share price falling so low... Look at ADD ... our partner even has more support and market cap.
Get a live Chuck... step to the plate or step down...! JMHO
Throw a couple million buck into the till @.25 with no wts...and show that you think the company is worth something!
