I guess zchuck hasn't noticed the market meltdown. This is a very difficult time for all exploration companies and the market has provided the oportunity to move from one stock to another potential winner.

That decission is based on many things...

Those include.. Managment, project , country, product and funding.

Chuck has the ability to influence 2 of those variables.
