2009-02-17 16:27 ET - Shares for Debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposed issuance of 107,142 shares at a deemed price of seven cents per share, in consideration of certain services provided to the company up to Jan. 31, 2009, pursuant to a deferred share unit plan for Lorie Waisberg dated Aug. 1, 2007, and effective May 1, 2004.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.

88,689 shares for services
