Canadian based junior explorer, engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties, and presently has mining interests in Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company has a strong cash position with approx. 3.5 million as of November 1, 2009.

PROPERTIES

Ogden Gold Property, Timmins, Ontario

•Covers an 8 kilometers strike length along highly prospective Porcupine-Destor Fault

•Historical gold production in area:
- 22 million ounces from a number of mines including Goldcorp’s Dome mine which has produced approximately 17 million ounces of gold.
- Past producing Naybob mine with historical gold production of over 50,000 ounces of gold.

•Ideally located to existing infrastructure, and only 6 km south of the city of Timmins.

•Three historic zones of gold mineralization identified thus far, the Thomas OgdenZone, the Naybob South Zone and the Naybob North Zone.

•High grade gold discovered from previous prospecting (assays up to 64.4 g/t gold in grab samples...see News Release July 20, 2009)

Tillex-Currie Copper-Gold Property, Ontario

•Contains the Tillex copper deposit with a non NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate of 1,338,000 tonnes grading 1.56% copper.

•Confirmation drilling in August 2008 resulted in an intersection of 1.194% copper over 97.05 metres, including 2.583% copper over 37.05 metres.

•Work carried out six kilometres on strike from the Tillex deposit led to the discovery ofthe Grindstone Creek Occurrence with values of 2.08 grams of gold per tonne, 19.0 grams of silver per tonne and 0.5% zinc over 18.9 metres including 3.95 grams of gold per tonne, 132 grams of silver per tonne and 3.0% zinc over 2.1 metres.

Dogpaw-Gold Property, Kenora, Ontario.

•12 km on strike from Cameron Lake Deposit. Multiple surface showings with grabs up to 95 g/t

•Discovery of 3 new Gold showings within the Stevens Lake Stock with assays up to 18 g/t Au.

•Assays of up to 133.2 g/t gold at Flint lake. The main Flint Lake Occurrence has been traced for over 100 meters of strike length and is open in both directions

Assays up to 46.06 g/t gold at Wicks Lake. The main Wicks Lake Occurrence was traced for over 550 meters of strike length, by Metals Creek staff.

Tilt Cove/Betts Cove Copper-Gold/PGE Property, Newfoundland

•Contains the past producing Betts Cove and Tilt Cove mines.

- Betts Cove has historic production of 118,500 tonnes of ore grading 10% copper

- Tilt Cove has historical production of 8,160,000 tonnes of copper ore grading between 1.0% and 12.0% copper.

•Two high priority targets have been identified on the property: the Scarp Zone and Mud Pond Zone. Both have yielded economic grades of gold and copper associated with sulphides.

•Three main gold showings have also been identified: Long Pond, George and Nudalama.

•Property also host a new discovery of Platinum Group Elements (PGE’s)

Highest Platinum group Elements results every to come from the Island ofNewfoundland.


Staghorn Gold property, Newfoundland

•Past work has identified three gold showings with values up to 65 g/t Au

•Good potential for High tonnage, lower grade deposit

•Two holes within South Wood (Main) Zone had 1.47 g/t Au over 22.5m and 0.23 g/t Au over 52.9m (only two holes in this zone, Open in all directions).

•Discovery of high grade float assaying 219 g/t gold.

•Detailed grid work has defined the Wood Lake zone as a magnetic low with moderate to strong gold and arsenic soil anomalies coincident to the magnetic low.
