REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Microvision (NASDAQ:MVIS - News) announced today that it will host a conference call on April 24, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. ET / 1:30 p.m. PT to discuss its first quarter financial and operating results and current business operations.
