Founder of Midlands Minerals Corporation, has over 20 years of business experience in Africa. Ms. Harris is also the founder and Managing Director of SIKA Resources Inc., a private exploration company founded in 1996. Former Director for Africa with Ontario International Corporation, Ms Harris has a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto, an International Management Certificate from the School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelors degree from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
Has 36 years of hands-on mineral exploration experience, including more than eight years with the international consulting geological and engineering firm - Watts Griffis & McOuat Limited (WGM) Mr. Hinzer has held progressively senior positions including the position of President of WGM since 2004. Mr. Hinzer’s services are provided to Midlands on a contract basis through WGM and he remains President of WGM. Mr. Hinzer holds a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a B.SC. in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in private practice. Mr. Singer is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.
Has over 20 years experience in Africa. Mr. Adjovu has worked with B. R. G. M. as an Exploration Geologist, with Ashanti Goldfields Company as a Senior Geologist and with Newmont Mining Company as a consulting geologist. Mr. Adjovu has been the Chief Executive of Geodita Resources Ltd. for the past six years and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists.
Has worked in the financial management and accounting field for many years, holding senior positions including Controller in large property management companies. Mrs. Benedikt is a partner in Exactic Graphics Inc., a colour imaging company.
