(TSX VENTURE:MLM)(FRANKFURT:NJD) reports that Director Alex Doulis has resigned from Millstream's Board of Directors effective February 16, 2011 for personal reasons and for the advancement of the company interests. The company was made aware February 15, 2011 both via a TSX-Venture Exchange e-mail and via a call from Alex Doulis directly that the Ontario Securities Commission had issued a Notice of Hearing calling for the attendance of Doulis to respond to specific allegations.
