I Just Got off the Phone with Jeff To Check the Status of What's Going on. Well, He said that SEC is Cooperating very Nicely and We Could Trade Again Even Before the 10 Days.

However, I Suggested to Him that Brent Take this Opportunity while we are suspended to Go Forward with a Form 10 to Move us from .PK to .OB. Although this would cost the Company a Few Grand, the Reward would be Well Worth the Money Spent to do this. He is Going to be Speaking to Brent about it and Have Brent Call me with a Response later on today. I explained that .OB is NASDAQ owned and Operated and would Change the Whole Game for MTEK if they were to do this. It takes more Transparency, however they planned on doing Quarterlies Regardless, so They are already half-way there anyway. You Need at Least 500 Investors to be on .OB ...MTEK has 600+....The Transition would not be difficult.

I will let you all know if I get an Answer on this Possible Development.
