Yes, So Now it's finally out there. MTEK has Merged into a Shell on the OTCBB. MTEK as you know it has now been dissolved and the New Company will now be our old Company maintaining MSO as it's subsidiary in Germany. The 10-K was Filed on the 23rd of Last Month. New shares of the other Company will be allocated to current shareholders on an even swap.
