Hi svosteve
Welcome to Agoracom in the role of Forum President/Moderator.
I am sure you will do your utmost to keep things civil here, and above all enjoy watching the good folks at Montello take shareholders on a lower-left to upper-right venture across the stock screen!
Best Regards

The following questions I had proposed to Great Northern Oilsands, the JV Partners of Montello. I had submitted them on another stock forum site, to GNNS based out of British Columbia but never so much as received a 'we're working on it' type answer. So yeah; why not ask Montello?
Thanks in advance for forwarding the following:
"- With respect to the increase in costs from 3 million to 4 at JB #2,
I see the interests of the the three companies involved have changed
as follows: GNNS from 10% to 5%, Austin has gone from 80% to 40% and
Montello has gone from 10% up to 55%.
My questions are as follows:
1) Of these companies which ones are just entities that only like to
stake claims and explore, then spin-off for the money to go elsewhere?
2) And which ones take projects to the exploitation level through the
environmental permits, local approval permits all the way to
commercialization?
3) Are the claims patented and perfected, or is everyone concerned,
happy to have the claims deemed real proprty as they stand now?
-With respect to the safety; thinking of what occurred at JB#1:
4) Is the down hole well shut-off valve a good deal?
5) And is it enough?
6) If the find does indeed occur, and the pressures are indeed high,
will this down hole valve be the permanent fixture to begin
exploitation of the gas and/or oil?
-With respect to the clarity of the potential find, I cannot find any
info as to whether or not the oil in JB#1 was contaminated with water.
7) Has there been or will there be tests conducted to verify the
integrity of this claim regarding water ingress?
-With respect to the senior management of the three companies:
8) Are any of the senior execs "inbred"? Meaning were any of these
folks involved in John Bowen #1 and were they officers of the original
company? (Pryor Oil and also with the Howard-White #1 operation)
So there you have it. A few concerns over a few issues that may affect
shareholder confidence."
Kindest Regards;
V
