Today Meo's 40% jv in TN Austin Development is looking for $$, private placement..must be another well in the works

Austin Developments Corp. (the "Company") announces a private placement of up to 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The units will be non flow-through units with each non flow-through unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of two years at a price of $0.19 per share.

The proceeds of the private placement of up to $600,000.00 will be used for the Company’s oil and gas projects and for general working capital.
