Hi Ron:

Do I get it the right way: Our jury decison was appealed from HTC in a higher court?

Do they really never give up?

Do you know what that means in case of a time frame within the appeal must be decided?

What do you think concerning an appeal win of HTC? Is it just to save time.....

Concerning any leagal action againgst our BOD, I will support such efforts with money, too.
