I think that Murgor, as well Eagle Hill, have made a good decision with this Agreement.

By collecting management fees, our other projects wil be now "partly funded" by Eagle Hill ..... and …… Murgor wil keeping an important interest in the Windfall Gold project.

Furthermore, Eagle Hill has a fantastic project, which can/wil be certainly profitable.

For both sides a win/win situation.
