On Marketwire - North American Palladium aware of potential lawsuit.

The article goes on to say permission is being sought to commence a class action suit against PDL. Has anyone heard anything about this? It is being alleged that there have been misrepresentations in the Company's public disclosure.

The shares have certainly taken a beating in the past few months.

I phoned the office a few months ago and was told the share price was down because a large shareholder had sold many shares because he needed to deploy his money elsewhere.

I'd appreciate any information as I bought these shares in the six dollar range.

I guess the best course of action would be for me to phone the PDL office and see if they will tell me who has filed the Statement of Claim with the Superior Court of Justice.

If I get any information pertaining to the above, I'll post it here.
