I figure TD has been short for over 6 months and getting shorter every month... They likely sold their own clients stock through one of their pro traders....

The clue is the odd share lot which shows up in the short cover and the TD trade summary..... the 80 share lot is a clue to the naughty trader.

I bet that Cormark has lowned them shares to cover their short as Cormark buys every share they can..... Knowing sooner or later TD will have to make good on that borrowed cert.... likely Cormark buys the million shares and charges them a premium to market for geting them out of this jam....JMHO

In any case RS is not doing their job.
