Nevada Geothermal Power Inc. (NGP) is engaged in the business of developing renewable geothermal energy projects in Nevada and Oregon, to provide electrical energy. The Company holds 100% leasehold interests in three Nevada projects, which includes its Blue Mountain, Pumpernickel and Black Warrior projects, and one Oregon project, which is the Crump Geyser project. As of June 30, 2007, it had not commenced commercial operations.
