New Age Metals Elevates to Tier 1 on TSX Venture Exchange, Sets Its Sights on a Green Future

In a significant move that underscores its impressive financial standing and accomplishments, New Age Metals (NAM) has achieved a pivotal milestone – the elevation to Tier 1 issuer status on the TSX Venture Exchange. Effective October 18, 2023, NAM will commence trading as a Tier 1 issuer, a testament to its dedication to green metal projects.

The TSX Venture Exchange's Tier system classifies companies based on various criteria, such as financial performance and resources. Tier 1 is reserved for the most advanced and well-resourced issuers, and NAM's ascent to this premier tier marks an inspiring journey.

NAM is a junior mineral exploration and development company that casts a forward-looking vision toward green metals. The company operates with two divisions: the Platinum Group Element (PGE) division and the Lithium/Rare Element division.

In the PGE division, NAM's crown jewel is the River Valley Project, a multi-million-ounce district-scale project situated east of Sudbury, Ontario. This flagship project has the potential to become one of North America's largest undeveloped PGE projects. Additionally, NAM holds 100% of the Genesis PGE-Cu-Ni Project in Alaska, where plans for a comprehensive surface mapping and sampling program in 2023 are underway.

In the Lithium division, NAM is an influential mineral claim holder in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field, exploring for hard rock lithium and rare elements such as tantalum, rubidium, and caesium. The company's winter drilling plans for 2023 include up to 15,000 meters of drilling across several projects, fully funded by a partnership with Mineral Resource Limited (MinRes).

Moreover, NAM has entered an option/joint venture agreement with Native Mineral Resources for the development of the McLaughlin Lake Lithium Project in Northern Manitoba, further reflecting the company's project generator philosophy.

With their newly acquired Northman and South Bay Lithium Projects in northern Manitoba, along with the accessible Genesis PGE-Cu-Ni Project in Alaska, NAM is actively seeking option/joint venture partners to drive these initiatives forward.

New Age Metals' graduation to Tier 1 status not only cements its position as a leader in the field but also sets the stage for a green and sustainable future in mineral exploration and development.
