Low production in Q3

posted on Oct 27, 09 01:41PM

They produced 1,857.7ozs gold and 344.5ozs silver in Q3.

This is about 2/3 of the minimum I was hoping for. The six vats that were still leaching for some reason were producing less than in June. Does anyone understand why?

The combination of the mining contractor dispute and the bad weather was obviously very bad for the creation of new vats.

With the new equipment everything should be ok now, but the weather will probably not get any better, because it should have been "the height of the dry season". Does anyone know anything about the weather in Q4 until now?

At least the gold price is still high, and the future seems bright.

Best regards,

Justabug
